The use of this website and the services provided are governed by the following terms.

  • SHIPPING INFORMATION
    • We want to ensure that your order is shipped to you as quickly as possible.
      Orders placed on a business day before 1:00 pm New  Zealand time, will  be processed the same day.

      • Please assist by giving clear address information to ensure prompt delivery.
      • Dispatch of product will be initiated once payment has been cleared.
      • You will be informed by emails about the progress and status of your order.
      • Where applicable you will be provided a tracking number, so you can follow delivery of your order.
    • However if your order has experienced a delay in shipment which exceeds normal processing and shipment time, please contact us and make sure to include the tracking number, so we can assist.
  • New Zealand shipping
    • Within New Zealand we regularly ship by Courier and delivery normally takes 1 ~ 2 business days;
      however for rural delivery you usually may need to allow some additional time.
  • Australian shipping
    • To Australia we regularly ship by International Air mail parcel;
      delivery should be within 2 ~ 5 working days,
    • For a small surcharge you can opt for faster tracked courier shipment,
      resulting in earlier delivery (1 ~ 3 working days);
    • Obviously delivery time to some remote rural and provincial destinations largely depends on local circumstances.
  • International shipments ( South East Asia, Oceania, Pacific Islands )
    • Shipment to destinations outside of Australia or New Zealand can presently only be provided by international airmail services.
    • Transit times vary between 3 ~ 14 days, often depending on any delays during import and customs clearance.
  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING  (i.e. outside New Zealand )
    • International orders normally require 2 ~ 15 days for delivery.
    • Please be advised international orders can sometimes be delayed in customs.
      Be sure to check your shipment tracking number (provided via email when the order ships) for delivery status.
    • We advise you to check your local laws before ordering, if you suspect that your country bans any products.  We are not responsible for products confiscated by the legal authorities of your country or state.
    • International Shipping Duties and Taxes
      Orders shipped to destinations outside of New Zealand might incur additional costs.
      If duties or taxes are imposed on your order, they are due at time of delivery.
      Please consult your local customs office for more details about your country’s duties and taxes.
      We are not responsible for any import taxes, duties, or brokerages fees which may be incurred on your international order shipment.
  • PAYMENT SECURITY & PRIVACY

    • We take security very seriously.  All information that you provide during the shopping process is  held completely confidential.
    • Shoppers who wish to use a credit card to make a purchase are transferred to a  secure credit card payment service.
      Our site neither collects nor stores your credit card details.
    • However if you suspect any unauthorized use of your credit card, please immediately notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
  • EXCHANGE POLICY

    • We guarantee 100% satisfaction.
      In the rare case when a product arrives damaged, you may return the item for an exchange within 5 days of receiving the order.
    • Please note that the following conditions apply:
      • If you suspect your parcel having been lost or damaged (please retain packaging) during transport, then lodge a claim with the courier service promptly (i.e. regularly within 2 days).
        Please advise us of details, so that we can assist in the process.
      • For international deliveries please keep in mind, that packages may be opened and inspected by the relevant authorities, which is beyond our control and responsibility.
      • In the unlikely case that a product ( i.e. the dispenser) is defective, we will meet our obligations. Please contact us for a replacement within 5 days after delivery.
      • Cosmetic products are hygiene articles; for this reason opened items ( broken hygiene seal ) can only be returned or exchanged, if they are found to be faulty.
      • Although Biotulin so far has not shown any allergic reactions, individual skin may respond differently.
        If you are concerned about any possible reactions please thoroughly check the ingredients list for any known issues, and consult your medical practitioner.
